Sir Toony loves to clown around with children of all ages. Sir Toony is a professional clown who comes to events dressed as a clown from head to toe. He has been in several area parades with his friends from Just Clowning Around of Northern Virginia (JCA) and the Kapitol Klowns, been invited to area picnics, and clowned at charity events in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. When Sir Toony attends a special event, he can often be found entertaining people with his juggling or some of his pocket tricks. One of his favorite props is his Chocolate Colored Brown Es. Unfortunately for Sir Toony, most people prefer real brownies.
Sir Toony has other skills and can also be found face painting or making balloon animals.
Sir Toony is a professional face painter. He is available to do face painting at a party or community events where kids are gathered. Face painting is a fun addition to any party or special event. He got started doing faces for Halloween and is now working on faces for all occasions. Sir Toony practices face painting with other area face painters at face painting jams and took a variety of classes and workshops from some of the best face painters in the US.
Sir Toony enjoys helping kids transform into a variety of characters such as clowns, puppy dogs, tigers, pirates, butterflies, skeletons, and superheros when they have their faces painted.

Sir Toony always uses makeup specifically designed for painting faces. He likes using face paints from SNAZAROO, Wolfe Face Art & FX, and Arty Cakes. NEVER allow your children to be painted with acrylic paints, tempera paints, colored markers meant for use on paper or any other product that was not specifically designed to be used and worn on the face.
Sir Toony is a professional balloon twister. He is available to do balloons at birthday parties or other special events. Kids love to get balloon animals, hats, and other fun objects. He has taken balloon twisting lessons from balloon twisters around the country. He has also participates in several balloon jams. He has even won a few awards for his balloons at clown conventions.
Sir Toony enjoys making a variety of balloons including hats and bracelets the kids can wear, swords so they can pretend to be pirates, dogs, cats, and other animals. Sir Toony is always learning new balloon designs to share with the kids.

Sir Toony Van Dukes is available for parades in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. He has done parades alone and with his friends from Just Clowning Around of Northern Virginia. Sir Toony can decorate his tiny smart fortwo or ride his scooter in the parade.
Sir Toony and Balloons By Mike are available for work at restaurants, festivals, fairs, and picnics. No event is too big. Sir Toony has a network of friends who he can recruit to help at larger events.

Sir Toony is learning how to ride a unicycle. He spent several months practicing with the UniStars in Fauquire County, VA and has progressed to the point where he can ride around the neighborhood. He took a class on Birthday Parties at Moose Camp and is putting together a birthday, clown magic show.
