Hi! Welcome to my website. I am Sir Toony Van Dukes, but you can call me Sir Toony if you like. I love to clown around in Northern Virginia. I am available for parties, picnics, parades, and other special events. In addition to being a clown, I can juggle, face paint, and make balloons.
